Last reviewed 2 November 2026. We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA across this site and treat any barrier you find as a defect.
What we have built in
- Works without JavaScript
- Every link, the whole main menu, and the request form all work with scripting disabled. The menu is a CSS-only drawer; the form posts to a server route and redirects.
- Keyboard operable
- Every control is reachable and operable by keyboard, with a visible focus indicator. A skip link is the first focusable element on every page.
- Reduced motion
- Animation such as the rotating hero, scroll reveals and the marquee is disabled when your system requests reduced motion.
- Contrast
- Body text and interface text meet AA contrast against their backgrounds. Colour is never the only means of conveying information.
- Semantic structure
- One H1 per page, ordered headings, landmark regions, real lists and real tables with scope attributes.
- Form feedback
- Errors are announced, tied to their field programmatically, and summarised at the top of the form with links to each field.
- Zoom and reflow
- Content reflows to 320 px and remains usable at 400 % zoom. Wide tables scroll inside their own container rather than the page.
- No motion traps
- No auto-playing media, no carousels that move on their own, no time limits on any interaction.
Known limitations
- The size chart filter and the load calculator are interactive and require JavaScript.
- Some data tables are wide and scroll horizontally on small screens. We have kept them as real tables rather than simplifying, because the relationships matter.
- The corrugated flute dividers and the rotating hero box are decorative and hidden from assistive technology.
Reporting a barrier
